I loved the action sequences/pace of this film.while the other clip will set up "Captain America 3." īefore I forget - i did like that there were two important future -mover teaser clips after the end of the credits. But trying to bypass my Marvel Superhero film bias but this film struck me enough to it very easily say it's one of the top ten Superhero hero action films that I've ever seen period. and then some.Īnd not only do I think it's' easily one of Marvel's best films ever.
Simply put it was everything the movie preview trailer made it out to be. When do we start"įrankly speaking, I was really impressively and blown away by Captain America Winter Soldier. Steve Rogers: "You don't have to go with me."įalcon: "I know. I think Iron Man and Thor would be better franchises without the romance.Īnd who woulda thought that Bucky Barnes would become such a great villain/anti-hero? He was unrecognizable as the seriously as he was seriously powered and prettied up Winter Soldier.Īnd the ambition. It felt like two very good looking people becoming friends. The slightly flirtatious banter between Rogers and Natasha FINALLY teased some backstory on Black Widow, but what struck me the most is that it didn't really feel romantic for once. Oh,and they also do car chases REALLY well. The first Russo brothers MCU movie and the thing that stands out the most to me are the fight scenes (on the ship, the elevator, the heli-pad) - some of the most visceral brawls I've ever scene outside of a John Wick movie.
